Lowery and co-director of Literacy Leadership Conference convened at D.M. Therrell High School for Black history month. The Africa Day at the Georgia Capitol, Nigerian Anniversary committee participation and hosting international visitors for the Georgia Council for International Visitors furthers Hills international reach for cultural empowerment.
